Philip, I didn't say "they control all portions of the internet", I asked if they had the RIGHT to control all portions of the internet by including everything in their operating system. My new computer comes up with Microsofts Internet Explore already loaded on my desk top. If I want Netscape I have to configure it so. It will be the same for other portions of the internet. Newcomers will just boot up their computer and WHAM, there MSFT's explore, search engine, portal, you name it, everything else will be burried and need to be configured. How many people will go through the trouble or even know how to configure others' products. This leads to an unfair market place. Think about it. DJF
