>>> They both were lied to and it was not their job to check whether they are being told the truth.

It IS the job of the CHAIRMAN to keep tabs on company activities for the benefit of the shareholders. A 60 percent fabrication of total revenue is either gross incompetence and negligence or fraud.

<< Forbes is basically in the same situation as Ernst & Young. They both were lied to and it was not their job to check whether they are being told the truth. Should stay as Chairman.>>

And like E&Y, Forbes should also be booted out the door. No matter what the excuse for the hundreds of millions of dollars of fudged revenues, Forbes did not create the company we all believed when he headed CUC.

The company CD thought they bought and the accomplishmens that Forbes was once thought to have under his belt, did not exist. He should at best be released and at worst be put in jail depending on the outcome of the investigation.
