<<chas, first of all, mu is sitting on nearly 100 tons of inventory>>

Well, not sure I would use the word tons, but there is a lot. The way parts are tested, if they fail the first round then they are retested, which can happen several times. With the test "constraint", of late, there were many parts, up to 70% that did not pass the first testing; those are being held for re-test. Again, the true sign of how things are going is the probe-to-ship yield. What does it matter if you have 100% at probe, but only ship 30%? You lose money -- a lot of money.

larry, per their last 10q, they were sitting on 60-70 tons of inventory. ok, maybe not 100 tons... yet. by the end of this q 100 tons is reasonable as inventories have been piling up 50%+ per q on a unit basis (weight basis). with these even lower prices it may be even more than 50% growth this time.
