Hi Laura, PC's will be as common as VCR's and Microwave Ovens in a few short years. I remember how expensive they were when they first came out. People did not think of them as a necessity, NOW everyone MUST have a fast cooking oven AND vcr's. I just replaced my vcr and it cost less than $100.00, with many features I don't need PLUS 2 heads.

The same think is going on with PC's. They are getting better and cheaper. That just means more people will be able to afford them and eventually they will become a necessity, especially if it is used in conjunction with the web.

We have been online for only a year and my 15 year old son treats it as a necessity even more so than a TV !!! ggg
