let me get to my point then.......we have newsletters that have been established to give out free information.... the newsletters are released after a small group of subscription members have received the pick 3 days ealier..... now,for those not on s.i,the average investor doe not realize if they would check the volume and histoy on the stock they would see that they were now part of the group that will be dumped upon..... sec/no,they are still trying out how to change the rules...... ref boiler rooms-the major scam there was if they had 250 clients and made attempt to cary out the service to 10-25 people they could not be touched because fraud would be hard to prove ,because the attempt to service clients was there...............just because it it legal in the texts,does not make it moral.............
