It's true we might be tempted to sell our shares. But not for 49 cents. Our agenda here is not a hidden. It's not dishonest. We are here to make money by being long on ABMI. We don't hide behind a few initials, posting anonymously, pretending to be friends of of other investors who are long on the stock.

We are friends of those investors who are long.

We are not hiding anything. You are, M.S.H. and you fail to point out so many things about those shares that make most of them worthless trades at less than 50 cents that many people would find you laughable.

Many of these shares are options for Steve Rash that he has at .62.

All investors should remember that just because shares or options are filed there is no guarantee that any of these will be exercised or sold. We need to see ABMI much higher before I might be interested in selling my shares.

Here is a bald faced lie in your post:

>I wonder what 2 million + shares being sold would do to a stock that only trades about 150,000 shares per day.<

Look down below this post and you will see that average volume is more like 400,000 shares a day. I have far too many friends in this stock to dump my shares on the market and kill the stock. Besides I would take a loss on my shares and I won't do that when I believe ABMI will be flying again soon. Sure I'm going to sell someday but it will be into strength not weakness.

I might advise my friends to wait and see what happens after the S 1 is filed before buying more but one thing is certain. Neither Brenda Greer nor I is interested in selling at these levels.

Good things will be happening for ABMI shareholders soon.

You may not like that, but I don't think you have any friends long on ABMI.

M.S.H. I own a lot more shares besides the S-I filing.
I could have sold at 1 dollar and make a lot of money but never sold.
Why? I won't be selling any ABMI shares because I believe ABMI will be a huge winner for me.

A lot of my S- 1 filings was done for .62 cents. Why would I sell at a loss?

I have been buying more shares over the last month and have no plans on selling at these levels.

I don't think you M.S.H. have any idea of the future of AMBI?
Instead of wasting everybody's time with all this BS please research
more and then you will know why I'm holding such a big position
in ABMI.

I want be selling any of my ABMI shares at these levels.

GO ABMI!

Brenda L. Greer

M.S.H. It will be interesting to see if there is furthur pressure on the stock once the S-1 is effective. Its been seeing some pretty dry days lately. Since nothing of substance has happened at the Company for a long time, except of course for significant shareholder dilution, its not surprising. I long ago quit accepting any information I heard from the Company, and there is no information on this thread or in the Company's filings that could make me reconsider the Company as a viable long-term investment opportunity. Its all old information which, I believe, is ineffective in today's rapidly changing technical environment. I am not sure how long you have been in the stock but from some of your past comments probably a number of years. If you have been in that long, didn't the info about the product show and then the investment show in Chicago both within the past few months or so sound like same song second verse?
