betty, I couldn't agree with you more on your analysis. My numbers were a most conservative worst case scenario done to point out to Edderd that the current price is a reflection of market sentiment along with the effect of being heavily shorted. When Vivus gets sold, the short interest will be caught with their pants totally down. I don't see any reason why "smart" money would want to remain short--first one to cover locks in the best profit and last one covered gets creamed.
