This will be very beneficial to new traders, especially the ones with smaller initial capital, but also to more advanced ones, who may want to trim down positions etc. If MBTrader or Cyber implements that I will for sure seriously consider them for an account.
I've come across Broadway Trading that has such a fee schedule. They use the Watcher Program, but no listed stock trading I think. It's 2 cents/share that's it.

Also there are a couple of RT3 firms that have a $15/trade fee structure.
