Dr. J, you bring up excellent points in regards to image. Many of us forget how important a factor that is in purchasing decisions. The small time approach is to make excuses for it. We all make posting errors, no big deal. But when you are trying to attract new customers and investors, I feel it is very important to focus on image.

Keep in mind, our products aren't $20 purchases. Image is very important.
