Frankly, I don't see an overhang on RCOM, unless you are referring to Ramtron's and Intag's 79% ownership of RCOM an overhang.

BTW, if I were Ramtron and Intag, I'd be looking at their ownership in Racom as an unrealized asset. A wild card that could break the game wide open if played correctly.

Now leave me be, I'm working on some heavy stuff, unless ofcourse you are volunteering to do some research.
