First and formost is the structure and is it being used as a financial vessel to fund the company. Without that as the based you are gambling of projections because the stock structure is what all financial calculations are based upon. It astonishes me how few people who buy pennies and BBs stop to consider this point. Obviously, one thing all very cheap stocks have in common is a lack of money, and the first question to ask is: where and how will they get it, and what'll that do to stock price? But no: these people are fixated on the Concept: "If, as announced, XYZZ succeeds in making 127 accretive acquisitions in the next three days at ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO THEM we'll be the next Berkshire Hathaway!!!!" Right. Follow the money.

first lebed picks-----he does pick good stocks..... he is not by no means the worst out there..... if you wait for the hysteria to stop and end you can pick up some of his picks and better prices than when he first picks it at.......... second-madd (member from 87-89) car washes fund raisers.......people who take part fine,but the politcs upstairs.. same as b.b.b these organization were started with good causes... now because the upstair execs....have these not profits organiztion seems to be pawn in which political party seem to lobby for.... in the last 15 yrs these organiztion are a far cry from their criteria was set up for.......
