Percentage of basic shares outstanding (26,387,000) is 16.27%
Percentage of diluted shares outstanding (28,582,000) is 15.02%
And, although I haven't seen the number, this has to be close to 10 days to cover, given recent volume.
These percentages are much higher if you subtract out management's holdings. I'm glad to see this, with earnings and CC so close. This number is AFTER our recent move up too - all the better (I hope).
Now, regarding the earnings report and CC - as the late Harry Caray used to say "Oh, for the long one".
