RELAX, Maxwell ... Did I touch a "sensitive spot" (tm Bert the Clown). I see
you are still HYPE'ing the Copper damascene process. I was at the VLSI
Symposium conference (June '98) and many companies stated in presentations
that Low K dielectrics gave twice to three times the improvement of Cu.
In many people's opinion, Low K should be pursued first and then Cu. BTW,
during these presentations, IBM was "feverishly" taking notes ... and at
that conference, I did receive the two Motorolo resumes.
