You probably already saw this,but FYI:

Chrysler
Kirk Kerkorian sold 9,403,000 shares from May 29 to July 15 at
$55.88-$56.75 each, reducing his holdings to 79,753,992 shares (12.35%);
he said he sold the shares to avoid adverse tax effects that could result from
Chrysler's planned merger with Daimler-Benz.

I am going to sit tight and wait for my buy signal on the Utilities. Then I will find a stock to buy calls upon.
