I have a suggestion. In many states--Texas is one of them--shareholders have the right to inspect "their" company's books.

I think doing this might not be a bad idea at all. At least you could try. It seems that in Texas you need to have been a shareholder of record for six months, but my guess is that ICVI would count as being the same company.

Edit: though of course the company's incorporated in Nevada; don't know what the law is there....
