I returned from the APC computer show here in Santa Ana (southern California). The vendors are selling a VX board with WinChip for $69!
Nobody was buying despite the lack of Pentium IIs. I don't like the cloners profit outlook when even the low end market is waiting for Intel's new Celeron series of chips.

Stu,

Interesting observation. I too look at option activity, and in fact sold some Aug 7.5 calls for 1/4 on Thursday. Felt like I was the one holding someone up for a change:-( I just can't ever figure out how to look at option activity. Was the seller making some easy money because he/she/it felt the stock could go no lower? Or was it a hedge, or was it the belief that the stock would fall further? At these relatively low volume levels it's hard to guess. OI on Aug 17 1/2 calls is over 5,000<g>
