Jack and Winston did their DD on ICVI. They went to the certifed public accountants office to view the financial statements. ICVI was a dubious company, however, it was not presented that way. ICVI was presented as a clean shell. The mistake that was made was trusting Christiensen and his accountants. IMO, Jack will get it straightened out for the benefit of MTEI and its shareholders.
