Roger, I think the new mgt. is doing what they have to do, which is building a business this time instead of doing the Wall Street hype-a-thon. They have good products and have landed some sizeable contracts. That being said, only time will tell if their strategy is going to work. It is a tough business with some excellent competitors. My feeling is that at approximately $8, the speculation is worthwhile. However, I was a guy who bought puts at the high a few years ago and beat it down to $19, at which point I figured it was no longer an interesting downside stock. So, my perspective could be distorted by that experience. I love to buy stocks Wall Street hates, and Shiva fits that bill. Still, every once in a while, Wall Street is right. So, I own a small position in a small portion (the capital appreciation long stock) of my total portfolio. I wouldn't bet the ranch on Shiva.

Good Luck,

MB
