Hello Jane,

Thanks for the info. So, to summarize you're saying that it doesn't matter so much what you eat as long as you get vitamins into your system? Sounds good to me. I've been taking one recently, I think it's called Centrum, that has a lot of stuff in it. Maybe I'll go get some more Vitamin C stuff too.
