DELL in Russia

No I hadn't. Actually, DELL isn't "in" Russia, in that sense, but it obviously does have a web site there. I never saw the article in Decision magazine. Did you?

I believe that there are currently no plans to build a production facility in Russia, but that DELL uses distributors in that area of the world.
