Funny how Greenspan gets the blame for profit-taking by fund managers. I know that you know that Greenspan didn't personally do the selling. Traders, having ignored Greenspan's comments on other ocassions, simply chose this week to take profits. What Greenspan said was no more than anyone else has been saying: History shows that the market periodically adjusts to reflect a more rationale trajectory; the trick is nobody can say just when such adjustments will take place.

If Greenie has so much power, then I wish he would intone a few ominous statements about AMZN, so those poor put holders and shorts could finally make a decent trade.

Regards,

DK
