I believe Mr. Thrasher sold out too early and he knows that. He doesn't want to see this stock past 20 in the next 20 years and look back at what kind of an idiot he was. I see LTGL moving into different parts of the lighting industry. As we know they are coming out soon with an acqusition of a home lighting. This will almost triple their earnings consider the home lighting industry is much larger then the neon lighting one. as they continue to expand they will continue to reap in larger profits. They just expanded their Florida place where they make products by over 2 times. Just multiply their earnings from this year to next year. Now thats over a 150% profit. Not bad eh? If they continue to get profits like these they will have a PE of over 10 in no time. A reverse split may be in store but even if there is one it is for the goodness of the company. Let's say they do a 1-400 reverse. We have the rumor that there are 140 Million shares outstanding I believe. So then the total outstanding shares after the split will be a mere 350,000. The price will be at 12. I think it will do quite well when it is up there. A reverse split is in our favor. The minute you hear a reverse split you immediatly have the instinct to run in the other direction. I had that feeling also. I missed out on two because of that. MCYX now SNTI. Would have been a great profit. EXOR-COT.V Also would have been a great profit. Both in share holders favor. I think this one will also be. If there is one.

Thank you for that excellent post. My sentiment, exactly.

BTW, have we past the "10 day" window the last press release referred to for the expected merger/buyout announcement?

Hopefully they will follow through on this one....

I contacted and received response from Spencer on several issues
and concerns I had earlier with LTGL. Most note worthy, why does
the price always seem to decrease when good news comes out.
His response at the time was "BB" stocks in general are not in
favor right now. Why someone would sell after our earnings report is
confusing".
Now.....not to long after that correspondence, a news release
was made stating that future dilution of stock would not be
necessary. You see, there is a problem here. I am not going to
use any more of my time to try to figure it out. There are multitudes
of others who are doing good DD and have intelligent opinions on the
matter. There are some fundamental problems here with LTGL. This
investment is just too volatile for my risk tolerance. You know,
all the info commercials about how to get rich using other peoples
money (OPM), this is the exercise in practice. I have learned some
lessons here for myself concerning my preference for investing.
Good luck to all!

Jeff
