Lawrence,

You were there. Sid had the securities lawyer and the montreal trust lawyer explain in great detail why it would be completely illegal for those shareholders to vote those proxys. What else should he have done?

Larry B. Thanks for the report on the meeting. Once again, I'll state openly, I think that neither Fred nor Sid is the right person to run the company. However, I think Fred's actions are understandable. A truly good CEO type hates to lose and may in fact refuse to give in when all seems lost. Sure the current management was reinstalled "democratically" etc. Shareholders may just as democratically deinstall them in a special shareholders meeting. The problem the opposition to the current management has is that most are all working real jobs by which they support themselves and families. I wanted badly to attend the meeting but was unable to because I could not leave my business. Organization is what is needed for the opposition. I can't say for sure whether I'd support calling a special meeting at this time because I do not know what purpose it would serve at this point. It seems to me that the company is lost and headed for the crapper unless we start pulling real gold out of FL and FAST!! JLA

PS I heard that Sid was FINALLY going to Teaneck, NJ tomorrow to demand some answers from Ledoux. If true, its better late than never.
