Alan, the existing Tajikistans Mines were established under the old Soviet Union. Have any new ventures started producing since the breakup? I am not aware of any but then again I work for a living and have limited research time.

The IMF is busy keeping basic social functions operating in the old Soviet Union, it is strapped for cash and mining may be way down on their agenda. I hope not, both of the regions in question need economic enrichment. Bolivia is primitive by our standards. I have been there. I were angry at me for bringing up the IMF, I hear negotiations are still going on regarding loans.

You did read between the lines regarding my IKAR post Alan, and responded vehemently. Your strong reaction surprised me. Did you expect a long MINE investor to like being called brain washed? To have MINE equated with Bre-X? And yet, I responded without mentioning MINE. Bolivia has many mining enterprises, MINE is just one of them.

I am done discussing this with you Alan, I will let you know when the positive third party verification results are in. Maybe you and the mining fans on the IKAR thread will want a chance at owning a share of one of the most exciting gold mines on earth, the Incan MINE.

Good luck, I wish the best for IKAR and its investors - Colleen
