J.D., i think i have seen that theory, it involves finding a stock that has rel strength and EPS of greater than 80 (or 85), the stock MUST BE within 10% above of its' 52-week low, give or take 3%, and the closing price must be half of its' 52-week high. I guess this means the stock has hit its' low, has corrected the problem that made it crash, and is on the rebound...... If it doesn't hit ALL of this criteria, then it is a 'pass'. I have not tried this for the very long term, and that is what it seems to be for.
