Bac, we all know about the sec action against the former officers of GE. These former officers have a lawsuit pending, from what I have read, against the owner of the Arizona property in question. I guess they feel they were set up. This action is almost settled. Mary Erickson, the provider of $3,000,000. in capital is the only officer left from the former board. I am married, I am not guilty of my husbands sins. The threat of action against the May 22nd release of 6.4M proven has not been filed by the SEC. They are giving GE a chance to substantiate the claim with a Wells Submission or a third party verification. Bac, once the SEC or IRS has you in their sites, your every move is evaluated and criticized, imo. You are dog meat. A .05 error in calculations is a statistically insignificant error. As a matter of fact, GE picked up the error, not the SEC. Sampling is not in the early stages, Bac. Many samples have been taken and analyzed over many years. The problem is that sec geologist and amateur geologists that populate these threads only value drilling in determining proven mineral reserves. The nature of deposit on the GE land does not lend itself to drilling, it is a surface deposit, an alluvial, placer deposit.-Unique deposit-. A quote from Dr. Hausen. I am not attacking you when I respond to you. Some posters can get rough, some are downright insulting, no manners whatsoever. We can go round and round discussing the history of GE, good and bad. We can also be congenial until we know just what BD plans to do for GE. Third party verification is the answer. Speculation level MINE stock prices will not be around forever. The only thing that will take us down now is a scam or deposits that are uneconomical to produce. POG is in the dumper, as we all know. I hope we all, including you, can ride this investment to great heights. Wait until you are comfortable with all of your investments, follow your gut and mind. Do your won DD. Do not waste your time on investments that you do feel will produce for you. Win some, lose some. Penny stocks are speculative in the extreme. Regards, Colleen
