Very short answer to your long post.

Have Stamm prove the EMS works and there will be cash for the picking or a buyout. Either way you win.

BTW, the devils didn't do it. NAMX did and still is.

Bob, I cannot believe you are still blaming the demise of NAMX on the nays, you had ample opportunity, more than a year and much higher prices to listen to reason, not hype. Take hold of yourself, a thread without rational thinker that can point the downside as well as the upside (when there is some) is a HYPE thread. If you see a thread with only YEAS, run for your life. By the way, go and buy some SACM for five bucks and in a year you will be able to see that investment dwindle to just few shares per cent, it is today at the same point that NAMX was about two years ago. A lot of hope, dope and hype, but no money, and the savior, the Shaar fund graciousely handed them the nuce with which to hang themselves, $2.5 MM in murderous floorless debentures. Then when the dust settle, come and blame me for telling you it is a lousy investment, and that the fact that today, when the stock is selling at more than $5 I am posting this, this posting is going to cause the shares to plumet, not the floorless debenture, of course. Any company that is irresponsible with its shares (what some 40 or 60 MM shares which were not saupposed to have been issued?) deserve to and will go down the drain. It is the simple law of gravity, and here I mean grave management errors.
