Little kids prefer 4 quarters to a dollar bill. I have two nieces, I can give 2 quarters apiece to each of them and achieve the same impact as if I gave them each a dollar.

CSCO has resistance at 97ish and needs to build base for a real leg up, not just the flux for split craze. Each non-niche networker has run up for decent/good earnings, sold off on profit-taking and then sustained base so far.

I have no opinion on splits. Cisco will split when they think it makes sense. In the end splits do little for stock/company valuation IMHO. I'm happy to own CSCO - split or not.
