Paunch, While I wish all the SH in IPM the very best of luck with this new plan of reactivation, your following statement has thrown up a red flag:

>>>I have been working closely with IPM since 1996<<<

For the record, could you elaborate on your "close" working relationship with IPM? I think it would help SH make a more informed decision if they had as many facts available as possible. TIA.

Paunch

Here are some questions to add to Chucks list....

1) Status of the Auric demand letter against IPM claiming payment of 2.5M and what their legal advice has been regarding a counter law suit.

2) Status of the integrity of all secured drill samples to date.

Good luck

Rob

Paunch, this is super, shareholder activism at it's best. <<complete a commercial recovery>> Maxam's new milling facility may be helpful to prove that issue. I suspect that once the market is convinced that BRX can be mined, serious money will then become available. Any plan should have IPM trade on the BB and prove early economic recovery as you stated. Let's use the KISS principle, or the Boy Scout approach, keep it simple, make it fun. Good luck.
