Home Theater ... I am involved with a company that has been managed by terrific engineers, with slightly less than zero business acumen ... a situation that seems perfectly suited for AXC to pursue ... this company makes multimedia projectors which have twice the lumens of the competition at a lower price point, opening up a wide spectrum of applications for its products. Unfortunately, as a development stage company they have developed a very strong technology advantage, based around a 3D CAD/CAM like technology which allows complex modelling of optics applications ... the point is, to the extent that AXC is truly interested in pursuing acquisitions, I believe this is a perfect fit ... It certainly warrants a look ... If Investor Relations or anyone else peruses this board and would like to discuss this possibility I can be reached at Andy@CPCap.com ... I briefly discussed this with Ed Bramson around 2 months ago, but it was one aspect of an overall meeting and I did not adequately disseminate the opportunity ... However, if AXC sees a possibility in the Home Theater market, this company also uses its core projectors to make an 8 foot television, which while projection based, is a very strong picture ideal for many applications ... in fact, wherever there is high ambient light, this Company's products have such a strong price/performance proposition that our competition can barely compete at all ... This company has already gotten some very large name brand customers .. the opportunity is that the company has been mismanaged from a business and financial perspective, yet it is positioned with a product that has huge potential markets and could be a perfect complement to a company with manufacturing, a brand name and distribution (I think AXC has 2 out of 3 of these) expertise ...
