I have a hedged long position in SRCM-so either way it plays out i wont lose much but if a buyout occurs it will be nice. That said, please tell me how management will orchestrate a short squeeze if there is no statement of a buyout or any "comment" to that question by wednesdat after the shareholders meeting. Tell me how they will keep a stock that trades 1 million shares daily at $20 for 5 more days after the stockholders meeting?
I thought that maybe management may have shorted the stock on the way up and will use big blocks to cover at buying at the ask-thats all i can come up with-how does anyone think they can support this above 20?
