IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT CALIFORNIA SPACEPORT (SSI) LOCATED AT VANDENBURG AIR FORCE BASE ANNOUNCED ON JUNE 8,1998 WILL LAUNCH CONVERTED MINUTEMAN II FOR GOVERNMENT SATELLITE DELIVERY. THIS IS SCHEDULED FOR LATE 1999. REMEMBER IN JUNE 1997 (SSI) AND E'PRIME AEROSPACE (EPEA) ANNOUNCED THEIR INTENT TO PURSUE A BUSINESS AGREEMENT FOR LAUNCHING E'PRIME EAGLE LAUNCH VEHICLE FROM THE CALIFORNIA SPACEPORT. HOW DOES MINUTEMAN II DIFFER FROM E'PRIME EAGLE LAUNCH VEHICLE? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE "START TREATY"?
