this stock just broke through the top of 20 day bollinger band, the upper and lower bands have reached a convergence, a tug of war so to speak between the bulls and the bears is upon us, i hope the path of the band turns upward and npct stock price rides upward along the band, i need to see where the $10 valuation i heard on npct comes from, could someone please repost that info. Also is the float only 300k and who is the transfer agent for npct. This started out as a technical breakout play for me when friday, npct broke the top bollinger band, this is one of my favorite patterns with the bb's.
