No I did not experience a 'pop' sound in using SV-35/A. I think the 'pop' would happen on fairly thin coatings over a broad flat surface as they suddenly lift away and tear from the substrate. Like airplanes or similar. A bit like where I spilled the SV-35 on the spare deep freeze, but that was just a small spot. As I mentioned before most of my SV-35 tests were done on small areas or else I had several layers of coatings to remove.

Oh well the deep freeze is nearly dead and due for a replacement, I may try out SV-35 on one of the larger surfaces before it gets junked just to see what happens if I find time.
