Wallace, I agree with the first part of your post. If CMO doesnt want to, I figure they wont have to pay a dividend for the next 20 qtrs.

But I dont understand your comment about the DRIP. Isnt a steady little cash flow each month a plus? All my other DRIPs seem to think so. RS

Right, the $4.72 per share (or whatever it was) loss, but I figure they've milked what they can out of that, and eventually they're gonna have to return to profitability.... let's hope, anyway. What is the law for the distribution of the 95% for a REIT? Is it after their year-end reporting, or by quarter, or what? Anybody know?
