Signist's article similar to WSJ except for... this: <The BT and AT&T pact also calls for the carriers to build a state-of-the-art phone network that uses Internet technology to carry the phone and data traffic generated around the world. Although the overall transaction won't involve any exchange of equity, the two carriers jointly will invest $1 billion in promising high-tech businesses in the U.S.> I'm afraid to even dream.
