The latest news is that the NDA intends to speed up the fast-track program even more. The FDA should also clarify the "off label" program pretty soon. Personally, I would think that means possible and probable approval this year, based on the clinical results, IMHO. (Disclaimer: The FDA could turn down either of the NDAs, or request additional data.
