It appears there is a clerical error here somewhere. Upon review of the DEF14 proxy filing (click SEC then Edgar-Online) Peter is shown as owning 105K shares at the year's start and 50K of current options.

Hate to see people get hammered by incorrect information.

Addi, don't forget ROA and ROE are fairly good, and the combination of
P/S and profit margin. FYI Scott
