Tod, It was requested by some members on this thread to be upfront and honest. So I did. Also, rather than to say I just sold my shares and be labled as the hypster who really sold at 1.50 I explained my reasons. I'm glad you took the time to be argumentative with my posts. Oh Tod, Tell the thread here that you learned absolutely nothing in the Houston trip that you all did not want to announce to the thread ? I have 2 of the 7 that says otherwise. Now, if you are going to drag up facts, atleast be honest with the unknowns. Cliff

Great post Todd, glad the whole thread hasn't turned into a bunch of "whimpering naysayers". This whole thing with authorized shares and shares outstanding, the figures have been quoted from 89 million to 200 million depending upon who you talk too or who is doing the "misquoting" at the moment. It's clear MACKER has some side agenda in suddenly attacking the company and worse yet insulting the motivation and honesty of those who took their own time and expense to meet with Jack. Suggesting they knew negative things they didn't divulge. Everyone needs to get a grip a bit, step back and take a second look. Or, if you choose, follow Macker down the tubes and feed his private agenda. The choice is yours. LT
