Larry: No one (or at least me)faults the company for putting out the release. The information was material and needed to be released. The two questions I have heard are: 1. When did the company actually receive the information and how much time elapsed before the release was made? Significant trading occurred before the release. 2. How could the release have been so ambiguous about who Ledoux indicated exactly had frigged up the assay? Is it Ledoux or the check labs? We still don't know. JLA
