Thanks, Larry, for the clarification of Fred's motives. For the good of the company, the officers of the company MUST get along. It appears that Fred and Sid will battle until one or the other leaves.
Quite honestly, with what Fred has at stake, one would assume that he would do everything in his power to enhance shareholder value.
It was my previous assumption that the disagreement between Fred and Sid was over the J/L process - Fred was for it and Sid was against it.
If Sid is willing to proceed with an analysis of the process along with SFA, what's Fred's problem? (Other than he isn't the alpha dog.)

Someone suggested that you might be interested in being on the Board. Would you? It would be great to have someone with shareholders' interests on it. Perhaps Henry? Or Mark? Someone?

Sorry this answer is so late, but am a CPA and have spent the evening
digging a client out the of hole with the IRS.

Let's all hope that Naxos can rebound once again.
