You're right, I did misconstrue what you wrote. But then again, I'm not the only one guilty of getting the facts wrong.

You know full well that meeting the requirements of 15c2-11 required a fully audited 10K and the 10Q's.

You can't have one without the other.

And I sincerely hope that RMIL comes to something eventually and you all make money. In fact, I WANT this to happen, because I would probably play it myself. But you aren't going to get anywhere without the company coming clean and telling you all OFFICIALLY where you stand regarding the float and outstanding shares.

Well one of two things is true for sure. Either you have lied again or you have shown what a lousy investor you truly are. Which one is it. Did you really lose $400K in the biggest bull market in history (which means the loses were taken in 1998) or are your statements where you said you made two to three million in the market untrue. IF the former is true I'm sorry you lost the money. If however it is the latter well another lie would only be par for the course.
