I don't believe INCE will be hurt any more than NPCT will. INCE still owns 74% at this point. The total number of shares is almost 12 million, so INCE's value based on NPCT share price is much more than you stated. It is actually priced at more than a 90% discount to NPCT. If INCE technology works and if Paul and Gil can get NPCT on its feet, then INCE will be a far bigger winner than NPCT from here. If they cannot make it work, then both lose. There will be share dilution and INCE will own a smaller % of NPCT, but so will you. The issue here is with the past history of Paul Metzinger. Old INCE shareholders are skeptical because they have been through a lot. Only time will tell.
