that's what i'm saying, either ince is a steal or npct is overvalued,
just more risk being the holding company with no self owned assets, it's npct which actually owns the rights to all technologies and patents?

with out seeing the new dilution hard to value ince accurately, what if they are leaving the holding company with little, unlikely but possible, regardless though npct will still own patents and will still be getting the 8.5 mil in financing

Stock price is already overextended may pull back after roaring open before next run up, need more details on new dilution of shares, dollar cost averaging way in might not be so wrong here. imo
