CHIEF Im not sure your grasping the reality of this deal. This is like no other BB deal you or I have ever come across. The firm that is holding the HUGE 600,000 plus short position who are now *#!% cannot take the chance that this company is going to fail. Already there is a bigger short position than the actual free trading shares, so basicaly they have shorted more shares than there is available to trade. Now do you think that they will pay the margin call and wait 10 months until the 144 stock becomes free trading? I think not! no firm in there right mind would allow that. So we are looking at buying that will never get sold because it already has been.
