ATT/ BT Significance to QWST RE: "Real simple about takeover: if Anschutz wants to sell, he'll sell, since he still owns more than 50% of the company's shares. End of discussion. He'll do what he wants to do." Thanks, Jim. That sounds like the best possible protection against an untimely takeover. So the viable options seem to be: 1) timely takeover or 2) suitable partnership(s). QWST certainly looks like suitable partnership material. I wonder who would be likely suitor? Hal
