Rob, I guess the market has to go up right now (Monday or Tuesday). Otherwise, we have not seen the bottom. After such a decline the market is too pessimistic to go up, so it sells the good news. This is not limited to Russia - the drillers are in a bear market as well. The market can always find concerns when it is bearish. It dismisses good news, and goes to extremely low valuations. I would rather bet we have NOT seen the bottom, since it did bounce off the trend-line (down). More down likely. -Vi
