Okay -- sounds good to me. One other question, when did this 5 star rating come out? (And, actually, another question -- was this an increase from 4 to 5, or not covered at all to 5?)

Snort! I'm not disagreeing with you; just a little cynical snort since I was holding S&P's Platinum/5 star pick WDC when it cannonballed off the high dive to the tune of well over 50%. I know, I know; nobody's perfect. And QCOM certainly fits the criteria well. Regards.
