It's one of major indexes, so your data provider should have it.
It's an approximately geometrical average, price-weighted index of 1,700 stocks from VL survey, large and small, includes much of SPX, but also some mid and small caps - so thought to be more representative of "average stock portfolio".

There is also a "VL arithmetic", which is calculated more like Dow. That's a different index.
