Bob,

I will purchase a few REIN cartridges to check the inside content. Thanks for your information.

Brita has the best and the largest shelf space at several chain stores. I agree with you that their marketing power is a big threat to REIN in the short term. The only buy out offer will come from Brita, because no one dare to pay a premium for this company and face Brita's challenge later. The future of this company has to rely on its new technology and new filtration business, otherwise it will just drift to no where. Brita has all of the time to wait for the lower price.

I beleive REIN will continue to evolve. The battle is not over yet. A major event such as a Giardia/Cysts out break will send this stock much higher and give it a lot more visibility. It is highly possible for REIN to launch new filtration business to diversify its product lines in a year or two. I believe this is the future of this company.

Brita is still using 1960 technology. I wonder where they spend all of the profit. They will be a sitting duck if they spend all of it in marketing and bonuses without improving technology. At least Microsoft continue to pump new products and improve old ones. Brita did nothing. I am not impressed about Brita's R&D staff, if they have any. I wonder how did they managed to keep their jobs ....may be they were all fired already.

However, it will take a while for REIN to evolve. There are plenty opportunities to buy it. I am still waiting for lower re-entry prices. The current price is still higher than I would like to pay. Well... This is a gray area..... I will just wait till it is clear to me.

Sincerely,
Wade
